Co-Founder & Executive Director
Dr. Amara Ochieng is one of East Africa's most respected executive coaches. With a doctorate in Organisational Psychology from Makerere University and a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Cape Town, she brings scientific rigour to every coaching engagement.
Before founding ClearPath, Amara spent eight years in corporate HR leadership at MTN Uganda and Standard Chartered Bank, where she developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by African professionals navigating complex organisational environments.
She is a sought-after keynote speaker, a regular contributor to The East African newspaper, and the author of "Lead From Your Roots: A Guide to Authentic Leadership in Africa."

Sarah Nalubega is a certified professional coach and organisational consultant with over 14 years of experience in professional development, corporate training, and change management across Uganda and East Africa.
She holds a Master's in Business Administration from Uganda Management Institute and is a certified DISC Practitioner and NLP Coach. Sarah brings warmth, directness, and exceptional facilitation skills to every engagement.
Sarah is passionate about advancing women's leadership in Uganda and facilitates ClearPath's Women in Leadership programme, which has supported over 300 female professionals since its launch in 2017.
